Every promotion at bomus138 has specific conditions that must be met before the bonus can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. These conditions exist to ensure platform fairness and to protect all parties involved. Here are some general conditions you should be aware of:
Rollover Requirement (Wagering): Most bonuses require you to meet a rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be processed. A rollover requirement means you need to wager a specified amount (for example, 10x the bonus amount) before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
The rollover requirements at bomus138 are designed to be reasonable by industry standards. We do not impose excessive wagering because we want players to truly feel the benefit of the bonuses they claim.
Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a specific validity period — usually between 7 and 30 days depending on the promotion type. Unused bonuses or incomplete rollovers within this period will expire automatically.
If you have any questions about promotions that are not answered on this page, the bomus138 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat within the platform.

When Malaysian players start looking for an online entertainment platform, one of the first things they consider is the quality and integrity of the bonus program on offer. Many have been disappointed by other platforms that advertise big bonus figures, only to find the terms are so restrictive that it's nearly impossible to benefit from them in any meaningful way. bomus138 takes a different approach — transparency and integrity are the foundation of every promotion we launch.
The bomus138 promotions program is designed with Malaysian users' habits and needs in mind. We understand that local users prefer promotions that are easy to understand, with a simple claiming process and terms that are not burdensome. That is why bomus138 constantly works to simplify every aspect of our bonus program — from how to register for a promotion and meet its requirements, to how to withdraw the bonus funds you have earned.
One of the promotions that has received the most positive response from bomus138 users is the weekly cashback program. Unlike other platforms that only offer cashback with high minimum conditions, bomus138 ensures active users receive weekly returns without needing to meet unreasonable minimum deposit requirements. This reflects bomus138's commitment to delivering real value for users.
The bomus138 VIP program is also among the most comprehensive in the industry. Our tiered system ensures every user feels valued at whatever membership level they are at. Silver VIP members already enjoy added benefits over regular members, while Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive treatment that rivals an exclusive premium casino experience — including a personal account manager, significantly higher withdrawal limits, and a special birthday bonus.
In addition, bomus138 also runs periodic challenges and competitions that give users the chance to win extra prizes beyond the regular promotions. Slots leaderboard competitions are among the most popular — users compete to top the rankings within a set time frame, and those who succeed receive generous cash prizes or bonus credits. This adds an element of excitement and healthy competition that is rarely offered by other platforms.
For users who play via the bomus138 mobile app, there are also exclusive promotions available only through the app. This is bomus138's way of encouraging users to experience the mobile platform, which has been fully optimised for Android and iOS devices. Download the app on the App and enjoy access to exclusive offers not available on the website.
All bonus payments and credits at bomus138 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) — no currency conversion, no hidden fees. This ensures you know exactly how much your bonus is worth and how much will land in your bank account when you make a withdrawal. For more information on the withdrawal process and related limits, visit the Withdrawal us.
Player trust is bomus138's most valuable asset. We take seriously our responsibility to ensure every promotion we launch is fair, achievable, and delivers genuine benefit. If at any point you find any aspect of a promotion unclear or need clarification, the bomus138 support team is ready to assist you promptly and professionally.
